Transfers

Free transfers are available to passengers who need to switch buses to complete their trips on fixed routes. Riders must request their transfer from the bus driver when boarding the bus and paying their fare. Passengers may only request one transfer per paid fare. Transfers may not be used for the same bus route on which the transfer was issued. Local transfers are valid for one (1) hour from time of issue and regional transfers (to StaRT) are valid for two (2) hours from the time of issue. Transfers can only be used for the continuation or extension of a current trip in one direction and may not be used for a return trip.

Within the primary service area
$2.50
Outside the primary service area

How do I use the electronic farebox?

Before you insert any money, you must tell the driver if you qualify for a Discount fare, need a Day Pass, or want to pay for other passengers.
Change Cards can be issued for overpayment. These can be used the next time you ride.
