Turlock Transit App
Riding with us just keeps getting better. Our mobile app is completely connected with our dispatch center, which means that you will be able to create an account and schedule, change, and cancel your own trips. If you have any questions regarding the app or your scheduled trips, please call (209) 668-5600 during regular service hours.
Set-up, Download, and Log-in
Open the App Store if you have an iPhone, or the Google Play Store if you have an Android phone.
Search for the Turlock Transit app by tapping on the magnifying glass icon. To download and install it, tap the Cloud icon on an Apple device, or the Install button on an Android device.
If you have not already received a login name from Turlock Transit and need to register, tap the Sign up button. Enter your first and last name and tap Next.
If you have forgotten your login info, tap the blue text that says "Login name or password issues?"
To begin scheduling your trip, tap the Login button. Then, select Turlock Transit by tapping the arrow icon. Then enter your login name and password. Click Next to Log in.

Booking a Trip
Trip Purpose
Select your trip purpose from the dropdown menu. Then tap Next. Selecting the purpose most relevant to your trip will help us better match our service to your needs. If you are unsure of which category to select or if your purpose is not on the list, just select General.
Select Mobility Aid
If you will be using a mobility device (like a wheelchair, powerchair, stroller, or walker) during your trip, select it on the menu. Just tap to highlight the type of aide you want to bring with you, or choose None if you don't need one. A checkmark will appear to the right. Then, tap Next.
Select Location
If you would like the app to use your current location to select your pick-up location, choose either Allow once or Allow while Using App.
Now you can select the Pick-up Location. Tap the Pick-up menu, it will show your Stored locations or the Recently used addresses.
Repeat the process to select the Drop-off Location by tapping the Drop-off menu.
Now you can choose the Date and Time for your trip. Then tap Next.

Now you can choose the Date and Time for your trip. Then tap Next.
"Arrive by" or "Leave at"
When choosing the time for your trip, you may either select the time you want to arrive no later than, or the time you want to be picked up, but not before. Choose Arrive by when you have to be at your destination before a certain time. The trip will be scheduled to make sure you are not late. Because of this, the time that we pick you up will need to be flexible. You will be given a 30 minute "window of time" that we could be there in order to make sure we arrive to your destination before the time you have chosen.
If you know you will not be ready to leave until after a certain time, then choose Leave At. We will schedule the trip to pick you up no earlier than your requested time, but up to 30 minutes later. This means that your arrival to your destination will need to be flexible. It is up to you to decide which way is more important to you.

Finalizing Your Trip
Once you've provided your trip details, you can calculate your fare. If everything looks good, tap the Book Trip button at the bottom of the screen, and your reservation will be sent to the dispatching system. You will then receive a confirmation and have the opportunity to book your return trip.
Viewing Your Trips
Once your reservation is complete, it will appear in your list of upcoming trips. You'll be given a time frame within which you will be picked up for your trip. We'll provide further information about when we expect the vehicle to arrive on the day of your trip. On the Trips screen, you will see three tabs for your Trip Destinations: Upcoming, Past, and Canceled. When you tap on Upcoming, you can see your next and future trips, which includes the following details for each:
- Trip Date
- Pick-up Window
- Pick-up Location
- Drop-off Location
Your User Account
Tap the Account icon at the bottom of the page to view your user account information. You may check your profile and update your information on the Account screen.
