Effective Monday, May 20, 2019, and continuing until further notice, the City of Turlock's Development Services Department, which includes the Building, Engineering, Planning, and Transit Divisions, as well as the City's Housing Division, will have reduced customer service hours. The new hours will be Monday-Friday, 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
This change does affect access to City transit administration staff at City Hall.
This change does not affect customer service hours at the Transit Center.
This change does not affect transit routes or services.
Calls or emails received outside of these hours will be returned during customer service hours. Individuals visiting City Hall in-person will have the option of leaving a message for follow-up.
