The City currently contracts out for transit operations and management services through First Transit. That contract is set to expire at the end of November 2017. The Turlock City Council has authorized the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for qualified transit operators who are interested in providing this service over a multi-year period. The Notice to Consultants (NTC) and RFP documents can be downloaded at no cost at the City's Capital Projects website. Interested bidders can sign up for a free City web account and register to receive email updates on the project, such as addenda.
